Report Content Policy
Version 2.0 — Effective 2026-10-20
This policy explains how anyone can report content on the OneLMS platform, including the clazz.lk marketplace and the teacher and institute school sites, operated by Panoralink Business Solutions (pvt) Ltd (PV 00286766), and what we do next. It supports our Acceptable Use Policy and our Copyright & IP Policy.
1. How to Report
Anyone can report, with or without an account. Use the Report Content form on our website, or email support@onelms.lk. Tell us:
- where the content is (the page address, class or profile name);
- what is wrong and why;
- how we can reach you. Contact details are needed for copyright and legal notices, and help us in every other case.
For a copyright notice, also tell us which work is yours and say that you believe the use is unauthorised and that your notice is accurate. If a child is in immediate danger, call the police (119) or the National Child Protection Authority (1929) first, then tell us.
2. What We Do
- We confirm that we received your report.
- Child safety and clearly unlawful content are looked at first, within 24 hours.
- We aim to review other reports within 5 working days.
- If a report is serious, we may disable the content while we review it.
- We look at the content against our policies and the law, and may ask you for more information.
3. Possible Outcomes
- no action, if the content is allowed;
- part or all of the content is disabled or removed;
- the content is restricted, for example who can see it;
- a warning, or suspension or closure of the account;
- a report to the police or another authority, especially for child safety and unlawful content.
We tell the person who published the content what we did and why, unless that would put someone at risk or the law does not allow it. We tell the person who reported what the outcome was, where we can. We may not be able to share every detail.
4. Copyright Notices and Counter-Notices
If we disable content because of a copyright notice, we tell the publisher and pass on the notice. The publisher can send a counter-notice with their contact details, a description of the content and why they believe it was disabled in error. We pass it to the person who complained and review it. We may restore the content where that is appropriate.
5. Repeat Infringers
An account that repeatedly infringes others' rights, or repeatedly posts content that breaks our policies, may be suspended or closed.
6. Appeals
If you published content that we acted on, or you made a report and disagree with the outcome, you can appeal. Write to support@onelms.lk within 14 days of our decision and give the reference we sent you. A different member of our team will review it and reply within 10 working days.
7. False or Abusive Reports
Do not send reports that you know are false, or that are meant to harass. We may act against an account that does.
8. Your Details and Records
We use the details in a report only to deal with it. We do not tell the publisher who reported unless a copyright or legal notice needs it, or the law requires it. We keep report records for the period in our Data Retention Policy. We comply with lawful orders and directives from courts and authorities, including removing content within the time they set.
