Welcome! I’m a Professional English Language Teacher, Corporate Trainer, and Plantation Management Professional based in Sri Lanka. My journey has always been at the crossroads of three worlds: agriculture, technology, and language. With hands-on experience as an Assistant Superintendent in the plantation sector, along with advanced qualifications in leadership and communication, I’ve learned what it takes to lead teams, manage operations, and communicate with impact. Today, my mission is to empower others. I work with students who are stepping into their careers, corporate executives who want to lead with clarity, and agricultural professionals who want their expertise to be recognized globally.
